Job Description
Enhance the ALDI customer shopping experience in a collaborative team environment as an ALDI Cashier or Stocker.

Requirements

  • Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leader
  • Uphold the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping experience
  • Process customer purchases, perform general cleaning duties, stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
  • Stock shelves and rotate product properly to guarantee fresh product is available for the customer
  • Follow merchandising planograms to create excellently merchandised displays
  • Organize new inventory, remove and break down empty boxes
  • Operate machinery and follow all safety procedures
  • Perform general cleaning duties to company standards
  • Interpret and apply company policies and procedures
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Work both independently and within a team environment
  • Effectively manage time
