Role OverviewMindrift is running a research study on how people use their phones, apps, and everyday digital tools, and how that differs across languages and cultures. We’re looking for native Japanese speakers in New York to join a paid, 3-day in-person study in Midtown Manhattan.
What You Will Do
Spend 1-3 days with our research team in Midtown Manhattan. Walk us through how you use your phone and favourite apps in daily life. Share examples of your everyday phone activity with the research team. You decide what’s included. Fill in a short questionnaire about your habits.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You are a great fit if you are 18+, a native Japanese speaker who grew up in Japan, use Japanese in everyday life, have used a smartphone as your main personal phone for 3+ years, are comfortable communicating in English, and are available for 3 consecutive days (Mon–Wed or Thu–Sat), starting October 16 on Friday.
