They consistently provide quality member service by greeting our members as they enter the branch, processing deposits, withdrawals and loan payments, and performing a variety of other tasks.

Requirements

  • Accurately and efficiently performing financial transactions affecting the share accounts or loan accounts of CCU members.
  • Maintaining acceptable cash and negotiable balancing standards.
  • Examining checks for endorsements and other features.
  • Following internal controls to safeguard credit union funds and assets.
  • Organizing work and maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintaining knowledge of credit union products and services to confidently support credit union sales efforts.
