Job Description
This role is onsite at Philadelphia Distilling in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Tasting Room Host & Tour Guide will be the first point of contact for guests visiting Philadelphia Distilling, leading them on engaging and educational tours of the production facility and sharing the story of the company.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Genuine passion for hospitality, customer service, and craft spirits
  • Ability to lead and manage groups of varying sizes
