Role OverviewAlly Waste is hiring Part-Time, Night Trash Collectors (Trash Valet) to collect tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps and take them to the community dumpster. The role involves working independently outdoors in all weather conditions, following safety guidelines, and taking photos in the company app. This is a part-time evening schedule with a short shift duration of 1-2 hours per night.
What You Will Do
Walk the apartment community collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps, transport bags to the designated dumpster area, take and upload photos in our company app, and follow safety guidelines using provided personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements
- Valid Driver's License & Proof of Auto Insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Reliable transportation – Open Bed Pickup Truck Required
- Smartphone
- Ability to carry up to 30lbs and Ability to walk stairs and be active for 1-2 hours
