Role OverviewThe Part Time Universal Banker will provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions, maintain accurate records, and deliver superior quality service to clients. The role involves cross-training to support sales and service activities, with a focus on assisting with outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.

The essential duties and responsibilities of the role include providing a distinctive client experience, educating clients on digital banking solutions, supporting team sales processes, and participating in all components of the established Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines.

Requirements

- Six months of client relationship building or sales experience

- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications
