Role OverviewThis position trains and supervises Package Handlers and Clerks on safety, productivity, and various job-related tasks. The role involves developing good working relationships with employees, management, and customers, and ensuring daily activities are accomplished safely and timely.
What You Will Do
Develops and maintains good working relationships, facilitates training, conducts and participates in group meetings, coordinates evaluations, and determines best solutions for package concerns.

Requirements
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
