Role OverviewJoin our Oak Brook team as a Part Time Retail & Warehouse Associate, in a hands-on role that combines working with our furniture and creating an exceptional customer experience. This is an active role where you'll spend about 70% of your time handling and merchandising furniture and 30% helping customers.
What You Will Do
You'll spend most of your shift on your feet moving, lifting, wrapping, staging and arranging furniture and accessories throughout our 8,000-square-foot space. You'll also welcome customers, answer product questions and help them find pieces they love for their homes while keeping our furniture organized, well-presented and ready to shop.

Requirements
- 2 or more years of experience in retail, customer service, warehouse, merchandising or another fast-paced environment.
- Strength and stamina to regularly lift and move up to 75 pounds and safely handle heavier furniture with a teammate and/or appropriate equipment.
- Comfort spending most of your shift standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting and moving furniture.
- An understanding of safe working practices and the importance of safely and efficiently handling furniture.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization upon hire.
