What You Will Do
Lead and manage first-party commercial property coverage matters on a national scale, analyze high-value commercial property losses, and drive strategic coverage litigation from inception through trial.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of dedicated insurance coverage experience, a proven track record in coverage litigation, and the ability to independently command a complex caseload.
Requirements
- 8+ years of dedicated insurance coverage experience
- Active license in good standing in Pennsylvania
- Multi-state admissions are a plus
- Proven track record in coverage litigation, conducting EUOs, managing investigations, and trial preparation or first-chair trial experience
