The incoming partner will step into an established, high-volume practice, and a portable book of business is not required.
What You Will Do
Lead and manage first-party commercial property coverage matters on a national scale, analyze high-value commercial property losses, conduct complex arson and fraud investigations, and drive strategic coverage litigation from inception through trial.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of dedicated insurance coverage experience, a proven track record in coverage litigation, and the ability to independently command a complex caseload.
Requirements
- 8+ years of dedicated insurance coverage experience
- Current Partner or Senior Counsel with clear partner-level capabilities
- Active license in good standing in Texas
- Multi-state admissions are a plus
