Role OverviewThe Houston, TX office of Lewis Brisbois is seeking a seasoned Partner-level Insurance Coverage Attorney specializing in first-party commercial property to join a thriving, nationally recognized practice. The firm represents primary and excess insurers, reinsurers, and other insurance-related entities. The attorney will lead and manage first-party commercial property coverage matters on a national scale, analyze high-value commercial property losses, and drive strategic coverage litigation from inception through trial.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include leading national practice management, analyzing complex claims, overseeing fact-finding and investigations, conducting Examinations Under Oath, and driving litigation and trial work.
