What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include leading and managing first-party commercial property coverage matters on a national scale, analyzing high-value commercial property losses, conducting complex arson and fraud investigations, and driving strategic coverage litigation from inception through trial.

Requirements
- 8+ years of dedicated insurance coverage experience
- Current Partner or Senior Counsel with clear partner-level capabilities
- Active license in good standing in Missouri
- Multi-state admissions are a plus
- Proven track record in coverage litigation, conducting EUOs, managing investigations, and trial preparation or first-chair trial experience
