Job Description
We are hiring a Partner Director, Head of Technology Partnerships to lead and scale OpenAI's ISV and technology partner portfolio, building strategic relationships with leading enterprise platforms and software providers.

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading strategic technology partnerships, alliances, or platform ecosystem programs in enterprise software or cloud.
  • Strong technical and product fluency, with the ability to partner effectively with solutions engineering and security teams.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership and the ability to drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales/GTM, Legal, and partner organizations.
  • Strong executive presence, negotiation capability, and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
