Job Description
We are expanding our Partner Engineering team and seeking a Partner Engineer who will serve as a technical counterpart across the entire partnerships lifecycle—from owning integration execution, post-launch growth and support, to scaling the post-sales function operationally.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing technical roles
  • Strong engineering background with fluency in at least 2 programming languages
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with integration technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable exploring and navigating Parafin's codebase
  • Ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated passion for helping small businesses grow and succeed
