Job Description
The Partner Manager, Growth role supports and scales key partners across Asia-Pacific, expanding adoption of OpenAI products through high-quality, useful experiences for users. Key responsibilities include strategy and execution for priority APAC partners, identifying and operationalizing opportunities, and ensuring clear communication and alignment across time zones.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, product partnerships, or product within the technology industry.
  • Mandarin language proficiency preferred (business-level fluency ideal)
  • Proven experience working with or supporting partners across APAC markets
  • Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, distribution channels, and consumer behavior in Asia
  • Experience supporting product integrations and/or growth partnerships with measurable outcomes
  • Highly effective cross-functional operator, with experience working across product, engineering, legal, finance, and marketing
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures and time zones
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining high execution velocity
  • Experience working between US HQ and APAC regional teams is a strong plus
