Job Description
Partner Manager responsible for building and strengthening relationships with business partners and systems integrators to collaboratively sell and promote Esri’s technology. The role requires 2+ years of experience in enterprise sales, partner management, business development, or related field.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in enterprise sales, partner management, business development, or related field
  • Foundational understanding of solution selling and value-based sales approaches
  • Experience supporting pipeline management activities using CRM tools
  • Familiarity with co-sell or reseller sales motions
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with exposure to market or competitive analysis concepts
  • Technical familiarity with enterprise software platforms
  • Familiarity with Esri technology in support of partner campaigns across the lifecycle (planning, targeting, analysis, communications)
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25–50%
  • Bachelor’s degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field
