Job Description
The Principal Software Supply Chain Manager provides strategic leadership in vetting and managing Infor’s software supply chain, ensuring vendor compliance and resilience. This role also serves as the senior point of contact for customer queries regarding the security and compliance of Infor’s supply chain on an offering-by-offering basis. The role project manages Infor’s Source Code Program, ensuring source code is only provided under proper terms and conditions and that all usage complies with the Source Code License Agreement.

Requirements

  • Experience in software/hardware procurement and software supply chain management
  • Experience in global ERP supply chain operations and multi‐jurisdictional vendor management
  • Experience vetting and managing third‐party vendors in ERP environments
  • Knowledge of supply chain security, compliance frameworks, and customer engagement practices
  • Experience with contract negotiation, vendor governance, and risk management
  • Experience responding to customer queries on compliance and security
  • Experience managing source code programs and enforcing license agreements
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future
