Role Overview

The Partner Success Data Specialist will serve as a primary point of contact for stations participating in CDP's data products and services, including the National Reference File (NRF), NPR Basic Donor Data Matching Program, CDP Insights, Epiphany and related offerings. This is a client-facing role that combines relationship management, onboarding, project coordination, operational administration, and data support.

The successful candidate will help organizations successfully adopt and utilize CDP's data products by managing onboarding, facilitating data submissions, resolving issues, coordinating internal resources, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in client success, account management, project coordination, fundraising operations, data services, nonprofit technology, public media, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of organization and attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of driving projects to completion, proactively following up on commitments, tracking deliverables, and ensuring successful outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain productive client relationships.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, Salesforce, Tableau, data management, or reporting systems preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office required.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while balancing competing priorities.
