Job Description
We are looking for a Partnership Manager to join our TikTok Operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience in media, data, partnerships, and strategy, as well as experience working with product teams. They will be responsible for developing and executing central content strategy and relationship management for partner stakeholders, and will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business goals and scaled content impact.

Requirements

  • Identify emerging content areas and partner relevant cross-functional stakeholders
  • Channel partners' business needs and priorities into opportunities to unlock strategic incremental growth opportunities
  • Identify blockers using data and propose solutions
  • Develop and execute central content strategy and relationship management for corresponding partner stakeholders
  • Co-manage partners' content portfolio
