Job Description
The University of Cincinnati, Department of Athletics is seeking applicants for a Partnership Services Coordinator to support Cincy Sports Partners (CSP). The Partnership Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting revenue generation by assisting in the execution of corporate sponsorships while delivering exceptional experiences for corporate partners and following all departmental, university, conference, and NCAA policies and regulations.
Requirements
Collaborate with internal units in the execution of agreements.
Manage communication strategies with partners.
Assist with execution of sales plan.
Assist in development of presentations for prospect corporate sponsorships.
Track and update sales inventory.
Entertain and cultivate professional relationships.
Work with a select group of existing sponsors to execute agreements while growing and extending their partnerships.
Prepare end-of-year recap reports for sponsors and corporate partners.
Stay current with relevant market conditions and sports marketing trends.
Assist with expense reporting, invoicing, and other budgetary needs.
Assist in the execution of corporate hospitality, tickets, in-game promotions and other activities.
Collaborate with internal units to provide proof of performance for in-venue sponsorship elements.
Assist in fulfilling the terms of sponsor agreements through TV & Radio broadcasts, websites, social media, digital and fixed signage, print media, e-newsletters, fan experiences, event activations, etc.
May provide direct and/or indirect supervision to exempt and non-exempt staff (i.e. hiring/firing, performance evaluations, disciplinary action, approve time off, etc.).
Perform related duties based on departmental need.
