Job Description
The Parts & Accessories Sales Operations & Communications Lead will be responsible for creating, executing, and managing sales and promotional programs for dealers and consumers to maximize profits. The role will also involve managing existing programs, developing new ones, and analyzing sales history and competitive data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a business related major
  • 5+ years of experience in power sports, automotive, corporate sales and/or marketing
  • Exhibits excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong data gathering and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks
  • Experience working with Microsoft's Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access software
