Role OverviewAs a Parts Assistant at Crash Champions, you will receive and check in parts, inspect delivered parts for quality, return incorrect parts, monitor deliveries, and coordinate parts invoicing. You will be part of a team that delivers superior collision repair service, prioritizing People First. The company operates over 650 locations in 38 states, with a focus on high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include receiving and matching delivered parts to repair orders, inspecting parts for damage, returning incorrect parts to vendors, communicating with vendors on parts status, and ensuring parts invoices are posted in the estimating platform.
