Job Description
Custom Truck One Source is looking for a Parts Associate to partner with their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a drive for being an active part of solutions and have a mechanical aptitude. The role involves assessing requests for parts, processing orders, and tracking inventory.

Requirements

  • Assess requests for parts for a variety of components related to heavy duty diesel, utility equipment and hydraulic systems
  • Timely process orders and contact vendors as needed to order parts for service or inventory
  • Work closely with managers and team members to make decisions on large purchases to prevent unnecessary expenses
  • Track all incoming and outgoing inventory in accordance with the company's procedures
  • Accurately distribute parts to mechanics and assign equipment to appropriate vehicle within the company's inventory system
  • Ensure that computer-based parts and inventory systems are up-to-date and accurate by inputting all necessary data in a timely, accurate manner
  • Assist in conducting inventory counts and keep inventory records to ensure company standards are met
  • Assist in ensuring that proper inventory levels are maintained to prevent delays in production
