Role OverviewThe Parts Counter Attendant will be responsible for answering parts phone calls, assisting customers with their parts needs, and issuing parts to shop mechanics. They will also place orders for Caterpillar and Allied parts and utilize parts databases to research back-orders and customer credit status.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will have mechanical aptitude, familiarity with product lines, and strong customer service skills. They will also be able to learn new systems and have intermediate computer and keyboarding skills.
