Mustang Cat is hiring a Parts Counter Sales Representative to support customers across Southeast Texas. Assist customers with ordering and receiving parts, process orders, troubleshoot parts issues, and maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2 years of customer service or sales experience
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong computer skills
  • Professional communication skills: phone, email, written, and in-person
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated with a positive, customer-focused attitude
