Job Description
The Dobbs Truck Group is seeking a Parts Counterperson to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the sale of truck parts and accessories, researching customer requirements, controlling parts inventory, processing invoices and payment, and managing return cores and warranty parts.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age
  • High school graduate, GED, or 1 year of work experience
  • 3 years of direct customer-facing sales experience
  • Ability to work independently without direct on-site supervision
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Heavy-duty truck aptitude
  • Strong organization, communication, and phone skills
