Role OverviewWe're seeking a talented Parts Expert to join the Transwest Team! The Parts Expert will drive parts sales, answer incoming calls, and provide information and updates to customers. The ideal candidate will maintain familiarity with all inventory products and merchandising programs and ordering systems.
What You Will Do
The Parts Expert will be responsible for driving parts sales, following up on orders, responding to customer inquiries, and providing troubleshooting support and service. They will also process orders in a timely and accurate manner and maintain an orderly and safe working environment.
