Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Parts Identification Specialist to support inbound external parts inquiries and provide OEM parts to customers. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for customer service, problem-solving, and is knowledgeable about original equipment manufacturer parts. As a team leader, you will support inbound phone calls, conduct research, and resolve or escalate requests while logging all calls into Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 1+ year(s) of parts experience
  • Knowledge of original equipment manufacturer parts
  • Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and offline
  • Experience with Salesforce and Bloomfire
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
