Job Description

The position requires a Parts Lead to oversee and perform all transactions related to aftermarket parts purchases, sales, and stocking, lead the parts department staff, and maintain department profitability.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of previous parts department experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professionalism
  • Ability to effectively lead others
  • High school diploma or general education (GED). College degree preferred.
  • Computer skills preferred- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, somewhat unstructured environment.
  • Ability to present and communicate in group settings with confidence
  • Exceptional customer services in person, by phone and via e-mail
  • Organization and planning capability
  • Effective communication

  • Technical knowledge of Construction equipment.
  • A solid understanding of pricing principles and discounting effects
