Role OverviewAs a Parts Manager at Crash Champions, you will be responsible for managing and completing all parts ordering, monitoring deliveries, receiving and checking in parts, inspecting delivered parts for quality, and driving parts-related KPIs. You will also coordinate parts invoicing, support Body Technicians with parts knowledge, and lead the Parts Team. This role is part of a fast-growing and exciting brand in the industry, with over 650 locations across the US.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include quickly and accurately ordering parts, communicating with parts vendors, partnering with Repair Planners, tracking parts status, updating Repair Planner accordingly, inspecting parts for damage, and returning incorrect parts. You will also need to monitor parts margin, pending credits, shop consumables inventory, and Material spend, and communicate with the General Manager as needed.

You will also need to be proficient in estimating software and have a strong knowledge of laws and regulations related to parts installation.
