What You Will Do
Develops and enforces effective parts processes, promotes parts and accessories, creates and executes annual parts department goals, and maintains accurate inventory control.

Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED/Associates Degree
- 1+ year experience in Parts Department operations or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Experience leading others
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
- Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups
- Basic understanding of financial principles relative to Parts Department operations
- Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to use a forklift/skid loader, forklift certification preferred
- Valid drivers license with an insurable driving record required
- Must pass a pre-employment background study
