Role OverviewThe Parts Manager is responsible for the financial performance of the department, achieving desired metrics, and improving efficiency. They assist at the parts counter, recruit and retain employees, and create a customer-friendly retail environment. They also collaborate with the inventory control manager to ensure proper on-hand parts inventory.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating and reshaping departmental processes, executing follow-up processes on invoices, and overseeing ongoing inventory processes. They also assist at the parts counter, recruit and retain employees, and create a customer-friendly retail environment.

Requirements
- Previous Heavy or Agriculture equipment dealership experience preferred but not required
- Previous Parts Department experience preferred
- Prior management experience preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate individually and in a group setting with customers and employees
- Willingsness to work extended hours and weekends when required
- Excellent customer service skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, Associates or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
