Role OverviewWe have an immediate need for an experienced Parts Manager to join our Austintown Ford/Mercedes parts department. The successful candidate will work with the Service Manager to ensure timely turnaround of parts, hire and train staff, and monitor inventory.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include working with the Service Manager, hiring and training staff, monitoring inventory, handling customer complaints, and ensuring compliance with taxes and fees.

Requirements
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- 2+ years of parts manager experience preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Tech savvy and comfortable with computers
- Previous experience in an automotive parts department required

- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Current and valid driver's license
