Role OverviewThe Parts Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the parts department, supervising personnel, and managing customer service. They will also be responsible for preparing marketing and budget plans, recommending solutions to customer needs, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
What You Will Do
The Parts Manager will perform supervisory responsibilities, train employees, motivate parts personnel to provide high levels of customer service, and develop and implement a system of inventory control. They will also communicate goals daily, weekly, and monthly with the Parts Department.
