Parts Program Specialist

The Parts Program Specialist is responsible for driving awareness, understanding, and participation in Kubota parts programs across dealer and internal audiences. This role serves as a key communication resource for parts program education, helping stakeholders understand program purpose, eligibility, enrollment steps, timelines, and business benefits.

What You Will Do

Develops and delivers communication plans, creates program education materials, explains parts programs, supports program launches and promotions, partners with teams, helps dealers navigate participation requirements, builds awareness campaigns, collects feedback, and monitors participation trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• In lieu of a degree, at least 5 years of related experience required
• With a degree, at least 3 years of related experience required
• Experience in program communication, dealer support, training coordination, marketing support, or related business functions preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to present information in a clear, concise, and professional manner
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to build effective working relationships
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and locations
• Proven ability to identify improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement efforts
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in communications and program documentation
