Role OverviewThis position will work behind the counter in the parts department and be the “parts go-to” person Monday-Friday. It is helpful to have at least one year of experience in working with parts sales and delivery. Any experience with heavy equipment parts is a definite plus. All candidates should have excellent customer relations and communications skills.
What You Will Do
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, work closely with vendors and customers to provide parts in a timely manner, prepare/perform daily & weekly shipments, and create and maintain standard operating procedures for shipping & receiving.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous parts experience (looking up and sourcing parts)
- 2+ years' experience working in parts department for heavy-duty diesel and/or construction equipment shop preferred
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Customer facing experience
- Basic reading and math skills
- Strong attention to detail
