Role OverviewWe're looking for enthusiastic, energetic team members who love talking with people, making kids laugh, helping families have an amazing experience, and jumping into whatever the day brings. This isn't your typical retail job. One hour you might be helping someone pick out the perfect gift, the next you're cheering on a birthday party, assisting with a craft project, or helping guests create something they'll be excited to take home.
What You Will Do
Welcome customers, help guests during crafting experiences, host birthday parties, lead games, encourage creativity, assist customers shopping, set up and reset party rooms, keep the studio organized, and jump in wherever help is needed.
