Job Description
The Pastor of Family Ministries will provide vision, energy, oversight, and direction to the Family Ministries of Community Baptist Church, working with and discipling families to create disciples of the next generation.

Requirements

  • Follower of Christ
  • Agreement with the doctrines and beliefs of the American Baptist Church and Community Baptist Church of San Mateo
  • A person of integrity and humility
  • An attitude of inclusivity and a spirit of curiosity
  • Personable, Intuitive, Insightful
  • Disciplined and self-motivated
  • Experience in ministering to diverse age groups (2-5 years exp preferred)
  • Knowledge and application of Scripture in discipling
  • Builds and encourages strong relationships
  • Supports and expands ministries relevant to church vision
