Role OverviewThe Pastoral Ministry Associate supports the Director of Pastoral Ministry in advancing evangelization and pastoral efforts across the Southern Vicariate. This part-time role has the potential to expand to full-time based on evolving pastoral needs. The individual will assist with developing and implementing formation opportunities, supporting parish leaders and teams, and coordinating events and communications.
What You Will Do
Assist with planning, implementation, and follow-up for Vicariate-wide retreats, formation days, prayer events, and other evangelization initiatives. Manage logistical details for Vicariate events, provide leadership during events, and contribute to Archdiocesan evangelization initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in pastoral ministry, theology, religious education, or related field
- Prior experience in parish, diocesan, or Catholic ministry setting
- Must be a practicing Catholic in good standing
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
