Job Description
Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa seeks a Pastry Chef de Partie to lead a designated station, maintain exceptional food quality and consistency, and uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality. The role requires a passion for culinary excellence, a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, and a strong focus on organization, consistency, and execution.
Requirements
Minimum of 2–3 years of professional pastry experience in a luxury hotel, resort, fine dining restaurant, bakery, or high-volume culinary environment.
Demonstrated experience managing a pastry station independently, with a strong focus on organization, consistency, and execution.
Formal culinary or pastry education preferred; equivalent combination of training and professional experience will be considered.
