Job Description
Madeline Hotel & Residences, Auberge Collection, a luxurious alpine retreat in Telluride, Colorado, is seeking a passionate Pastry Chef. This full-time role involves developing recipes, managing inventory, and maintaining kitchen hygiene, ensuring a safe and organized workspace. The position reports to the Executive Chef.

Requirements

  • Develop and execute recipes for bread, rolls, cookies, cakes, pies, pastries, or other baked goods.
  • Monitor stock levels and order ingredients and supplies.
  • Supervise, operate, maintain, and properly clean all kitchen equipment.
  • Ensure sanitation and food safety standards are met.
  • Maintain professional appearance and observe personal cleanliness rules.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
