Job Description
Eataly Flatiron is a large Italian marketplace specializing in artisanal food and beverages. The Pastry Cook will prepare high-quality Italian pastries according to recipes, maintaining standards and adhering to health regulations. They report to the Pastry Chef and Sous Chef.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in a pastry preparation position
  • Basic math and measuring skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to use a burning oven, commercial stand mixer and other pastry baking equipment
