Job Description
We are seeking a Pastry Cook III to join our team at Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City, UT. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests and take their culinary career to the next level.

Requirements

  • Report to work in a clean, complete uniform in a timely manner
  • Consistently monitor sanitation and cleanliness of work station, kitchen and equipment
  • Adhere to company and department policies and procedures
  • Maintain par levels determined by Sous Chef
  • Label and date products produced on a daily basis
  • Follow menu specifications in a precise, efficient manner according to Executive Chef guidelines
