Job Description
We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic, energetic, and eager Pastry Helper in Miami, FL. We refine the classics, develop the unknown and grow constantly – sometimes beyond our own expectations.

Requirements

  • Assist the pastry production team, chefs, and cooks with mixing and preparing pastry products.
  • Work across various stations, including but not limited to fruit cutting, economy packing, juice preparation, basket assembly, plating, and food assembly.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations as outlined in the Food Safety Management System Handbook.
