Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Pastry Helper to join our team in Miami, FL! As a Pastry Helper, you will assist the pastry production team with mixing and preparing pastry products, maintain a clean and organized workstation, and uphold DO & CO standards in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
  • Strong knife skills
  • Prior experience with fruit and/or vegetable preparation (washing, peeling, cutting, plating)
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and proper storage practices
  • Ability to manage workload efficiently, minimize wastage, and meet deadlines
