Park Hotel Kenmare is seeking a visionary Senior Pastry Chef De Partie to develop and execute a world-class pastry programme, collaborating with the Head Chef and Sommelier to create Michelin-calibre desserts and pastry experiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' pastry experience in Michelin-starred, Michelin Guide, or Relais & Châteaux environments
  • Proven experience designing high-end plated dessert menus
  • Strong bread and artisanal baking background
  • Exceptional modern pastry technique with classical foundations
