Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Patent Litigation Counsel to lead patent litigation matters end-to-end, managing active disputes through all stages of litigation with a high degree of independence and judgment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school and qualified to practice law in the U.S.
  • Significant experience managing patent litigation matters
  • Extensive relevant legal experience at a leading law firm and/or in-house
  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead litigation matters and work effectively with outside counsel
  • Ability to operate with a high degree of ownership, sound judgment, and limited oversight
