Job Description
We are seeking a Patent Senior Associate (Attorney) or Counsel with at least 7 years of experience in mechanical or electrical patent prosecution to join our firm in Providence, RI or Hartford, CT. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Patent Prosecution & Counseling team to support intellectual property matters.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in mechanical or electrical patent prosecution
  • Excellent technical background in mechanical, electrical or related scientific disciplines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team-oriented
  • Admitted to the Bar in CT or RI
  • Registration to practice before the USPTO
