Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of 6 months of work experience in a healthcare setting or one year of customer service background
- Basic understanding of insurance and medical terminology
- Exceptional communication skills and customer service
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
