Role OverviewJoin Inova Fairfax Hospital as a dedicated Patient Access Associate to provide world-class healthcare to the communities we serve. This role will be Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM.
What You Will Do
Registers patients, verifies identity and insurance, collects basic information, enters demographics, and scans forms. Provides estimates and collects payments. Answers routine questions and escalates issues.

Requirements
- High School or GED
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients & proficiency in the English language
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
- Adaptability with changing priorities & different approaches
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a large, multidisciplinary team
